Discipline , humility, respect, self confidence and drive are among the major key terms of a successful character as well as time consciousness and self actualization. As for humility's power, your enemies are rendered blind Everytime they try making a move towards making you fail l. This strategy makes them blind  enough that they can't prepare enough to conquer your success path due to the hidden power in you .
As for time consciousness, discourage procrastination for it doesn't reduce your tasks and duties but makes them pile up to a point of defeating you power of performance and understanding them. To conquer this effect, ensure tasks and duties allocated to you are executed at right time protocol in respect to their purpose.
The power of planning everything in one's life depends on his/her intelligence, motive and principles as well as goals set for your entire life
For a focused character with a goal of meeting brighter and happier future, the daily efforts count for his/her fruits in future.
Never jeopardize or despise anyone's intelligence in his/her work for they may be your help at some at point in your life.

This is only possible when the parents bring up the children under respect , discipline and behavioral way which induce desired traits which ends up becoming part of their behavior and conscience in their whore life. Respect and discipline aren't earned by harshness and rudeness but by controlling one's ego to match other people's ego level.
